Bo-Kaap neighborhood, known for its colorful houses and Cape Malay cuisine. Take a walking tour of the neighborhood and learn about its history and culture. Stop at one of the local cafes for a traditional Cape Malay breakfast, such as curry or samoosas.

Stop At: Greenmarket Square

The Greenmarket Square, a public square that features a daily market selling local handicrafts and souvenirs. We will be stopping by a couple of the food vendors to try some local snacks, such as biltong (dried meat) or koeksisters (sweet fried dough).

Long Street, is a vibrant street in the city center known for its nightlife and food scene. We will be stopping at some of the local restaurants for traditional South African lunch, such as bunny chow (curry served in a bread bowl) or boerewors (sausage).

The Woodstock neighborhood is known for its artisanal food and drink scene. We will be stopping at one of the local coffee shops for a specialty coffee or tea. We will also be exploring the neighborhood and its local food and drink vendors.

Old Biscuit Mill, a former factory turned into a market and food hall. We will be exploring the market and its local food vendors, such as artisanal cheese, cured meats, and craft beer.

Stop At: V&A Waterfront

We will end our day at the V&A Waterfront, a popular tourist destination that features a variety of restaurants and bars. A stop at one of the seafood restaurants for a traditional South African dinner, such as seafood platters or grilled meats, then we will spend the rest of our evening exploring the waterfront and its shops.
