By completing the signup process and becoming a registered vendor on Concierge234.com, the Vendor agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.
Commission and Fees
- The Company shall deduct a commission of 15% from the total revenue generated by the Vendor through Concierge234.com.
- This commission includes a 10% service fee and a 5% transaction fee.
- The Vendor shall receive 85% of the total revenue generated.
Rate Consistency
The Vendor agrees that the normal rack rate pricing for the service offerings listed on Concierge234 must not exceed the pricing for the same service offerings listed on other platforms during the same period.
Payment Processing
All payments by clients for reservations shall be processed through Concierge234’s designated payment system.
Booking Procedure
- Clients shall book the service offerings through Concierge234’s online platform.
- The Concierge234 platform is automated to promptly notify the Vendor of each booking.
- The Vendor agrees to honour all confirmed reservations made through Concierge234, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Payment to Vendor
- The Vendor shall receive the total booking amount, less the 15%, within 2 days after the Client’s payment.
- Concierge234 shall provide the Vendor with a breakdown of the payment, including the Service Fee and Transaction Fee.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for reservations made through Concierge234 shall be as follows:
- Strict: Clients who cancel 24 hours before the service date will receive a 50% refund of the booking reservation fee, but the service fee is non-refundable. If they cancel on the day of the service booking, they will not receive a refund.
Host Obligations
- The Vendor agrees to always ensure that the service offerings are of the best standards and condition.
- The Vendor is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about the Services on Concierge234.
- The Vendor shall ensure that the prices provided to Concierge234 are consistent with or less than those listed on other booking platforms to prevent confusion and avoid unfair advantages. Any promotional pricing or discounts offered on Concierge234 should be aligned with or less than those provided on other platforms during the same period. Failure to maintain consistency may result in penalties or termination of this Agreement.
Concierge234 Obligations
- Concierge234 shall actively promote and market the Services through its lifestyle concierge platform.
- Concierge234 shall promptly transfer the agreed-upon fees, excluding the 15% (the 10% Service Fee and 5% Transaction Fee), to the Host within the specified timeframe.
- Vendors can create and manage service offerings, bookings, reservations, messages, clients, make withdrawals from Wallet, and view user stats from their frontend Vendor dashboard from anywhere in the world.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall continue until terminated by either party or when the client takes down the service offering from the Concierge234 platform
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
The Vendor and Concierge234 aim to create a fair and transparent environment for both parties and ensure a consistent experience for clients across different platforms.
By completing the signup form, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
