Agreement Overview
This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between (“Client”) and Concierge234.com (“Company”) to govern the provision of services listed on the Concierge234.com platform.
Service Offerings
- The Client agrees to utilize the services provided by Concierge234.com as listed on the platform.
- The Client acknowledges that the services provided may vary based on availability and other factors.
Payment Terms
- The Client agrees to pay the total amount for the selected service, inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, as displayed on the Concierge234.com platform.
- Payments shall be processed through Concierge234.com’s designated payment system.
Booking Procedure
- The Client shall book the desired services through Concierge234.com’s online platform.
- Upon booking, Concierge234.com shall promptly notify the Client of the confirmation details.
- The Client agrees to honour all confirmed reservations made through Concierge234.com, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for reservations made through Concierge234.com shall be as follows:
- Strict: Clients who cancel 24 hours before being serviced will receive a 50% refund of payment made. If they cancel on the day of check-in, they will not receive a refund.
Obligations
- The Client agrees to provide accurate information and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined by Concierge234.com.
- Concierge234.com shall provide the Client with access to the selected services, curate and ensure a satisfactory experience.
Liability
- Concierge234.com shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client during the provision of services, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this Agreement.
Term and Termination
- This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall continue until the completion of the booked service or termination by either party.
By completing booking the service and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
